I’m going to give you the easiest (and cheapest!) way to get from Prince Mohammad Bin Abdulaziz International Airport to Madinah city, because nobody you ask there seems to have an answer…
The shuttle bus 400 leaves from Gate 5.
It costs 11.5 SAR / €2.85 (as of 2024) and is cashless, so make sure you have a card ready. It’ll drop you right by the Prophet’s Mosque (which I’m boldly assuming is the main reason you’re visiting Madinah).
And that’s all there is to it. No expensive taxis, no need to guess where your stop is, just sit on the bus for 20 minutes and ladies, perfect your hijab before entering the main square.
